"I have been a State Farm customer with Tom’s office for 38 years and in that time I have always felt like the staff(specifically Kira today) has always treated me like family. Gone the extra mile to help out. A while back after COVID it was hard to sometimes reach someone but that has all changed and is back to the great service. I don’t feel like State Farm as an insurance provider is what it used to be, but what is in this world."
